About the Event:
The NextGEN Assembly of Leaders, in partnership with the city of Rosemere.
The NextGEN Assembly of Leaders achieves three key objectives:
1. OWNERSHIP:
Showcases students as national contributors to democracy and broaden understanding of the Canadian system, opportunities, challenges, and tools.
It places students on the national stage, recognizing them as active participants and contributors to democratic processes.
2. CONFIDENCE:
Accelerates & Ignites learning.
It advances education and promotes experiential learning; active engagement where students apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom and demonstrate their diverse set of competencies, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in a challenging, bilingual environment.
3. VISION:
Drives transformative change to strengthen Canadian democracy.
By combating polarization and regional divides, it invests in the next generation; helping students understand one another, collaborate effectively, and leverage their differences to build a stronger, more united country.
L’Assemblée des leaders NextGEN poursuit trois objectifs clés :
1. RESPONSABILISATION:
